The exterior will be vinyl siding with a brick veneer on the sides facing the street and the parking lot.



There is no proposed landscaping, Beebe said.



"We've been working on it since the very beginning," Farley said. "It just took a long time to get the legwork done. It was mostly difficulties with the financing."
